HR Programme Administrator
Fully remote, very occasional travel to the Reading office
£150 - £295 INSIDE IR35 per day (depending on experience)
Immediate start - November/ December 2026
We're looking for a highly organised HR Programme Administrator to support a confidential restructuring programme.
This is a fast-paced administrative role focused on managing employee documentation, payroll data, consultation scheduling, and end-to-end leaver processes with accuracy and discretion.
The right person will have:
Strong, proven administrative background - be highly accurate and comfortable managing volume under time pressure
Excellent Excel skills and comfort working within HR/HRIS systems
Experience working across international teams/businesses
Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential data
Previous restructuring, redundancy, or TUPE experience
This fixed-term / interim opportunity is available immediately through to November/December and reports directly to the HR Lead.
