As a People Partner for Autism Unlimited, you will work be a trusted advisor to department leaders on all HR-related matters,​aligning HR practices with the charity's goals, champion our culture and values, and enable our colleagues to achieve their highest potential.
Our team are dedicated to providing our colleagues with a great place to work and spend our time looking for new ways to increase inclusivity and diversity within our workforce.
This role will involve travelling to different sites in the Bournemouth, Christchurch, Dorchester and Somerset areas so you will need access to your own vehicle.
Other key responsibilities for our People Partner includes:
* Playing a key role in the leadership team for your assigned function, developing strong, credible relationships​and being instrumental in setting the direction for the service
* Effectively partnering with and providing coaching support to the wider management team on people related matters. Provide the necessary link to other teams in the wider HR function as required, including Recruitment and Training
* Supporting the service with developing change, plans for the future, organisational structures, detailed implementation and resource planning
* Assessing the risks and present options that allow the business area to manage people issues effectively by empowering managers with appropriate HR guidance and support with ER cases.
* Working with the other Business Partners and Head of HR to develop and deliver the HR strategy.

Our ideal candidate will have experience partnering with senior managers, independently managing employee relations cases and implementing new initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
