We're seeking an experienced HR Pensions Lead to join a dynamic team in a key role.

As an HR Pensions Lead, you'll be the expert on pension scheme regulations and processes. Your responsibilities will include providing guidance to managers, employees, and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with legislative changes, and supporting pension-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing pension processes for multiple schemes
Providing expert guidance on pensions to employees and managers
Coordinating pre-retirement seminars and relevant training
Liaising with external pension providers and financial teams
Overseeing administrative processes related to pension schemes
Collaborating across teams and with third-party providers
What We're Looking For:

Experience in pensions advice and administration
Strong understanding of pensions legislation and administrative processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Advanced numeracy and analytical abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft applications and general ICT skills
