SThree is delighted to announce we're accepting applications for a HR Operations Team Leader on a fixed term contract. This position presents an excellent opportunity to join our team in a managerial capacity, working with a global audience of stakeholders. Additionally, it offers the potential for growth within an international company.

You'll be required to apply your processing and systems knowledge to a range of situations and provide first line advice and guidance to the HR Co-ordinators, wider HR colleagues & customers. This is a line management role therefore you'll take ownership of all aspects of performance management

Key responsibilities:

Support the development, review and implementation of HR processes in line with business, legislative and policy updates
Ensure confidentiality and governance to GDPR
Regular quality audits of team output and data integrity in line with the agreed reporting and events calendar
Report concerns with process non adherence, GDPR and risk to the Global HR Operations Manager
Regular update of the team's skill level in this critical area
Ensure appropriate Information and customer feedback is used to evaluate the effectiveness of processes to improve the experience for our people
Work in partnership with HR Ops peer group to ensure global alignment
Collaborate and partner with Team Leaders in HRIS, HR, Reward, TA, Payroll and SAP IT to ensure all processes deliver the best outcome for our people
Participate in monthly stakeholder meetings
Setting of SMART objectives for all team members
Monitor and leverage metrics and trends to determine process improvement options
Supporting the Global HR Operations Manager with project related activity Skills & Knowledge:

Proven experience of HR Operations in a similar fast-paced environment
Track record of process documentation and process improvement
Previous Line management experience
European language skills desired but not essential
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)Benefits for our U.K. teams:
