We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team in Leeds. As the HR Officer, you will play a key role in supporting our HR department and ensuring the smooth running of HR operations.
Description
Responsibilities:
Around 400 Employees
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Administer employee onboardingonboarding and offboardingoffboarding processes, including conducting orientation sessions and exit interviews.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Assist in the coordination of training and development programs.
Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Profile
Requirements:
Previous experience within the industrial industry
Previous experience with complex ER cases
Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Strong organizationalorganizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
CIPDCIPD qualification or working towards one is desirable but not essential.Job Offer
