H9 Human Resources are currently working with a leading Manufacturer in the Industrial sector for a HR Officer to start work with them.

This opportunity will allow you to apply your experience and personality to a wide range of situations and challenges, to further develop within the role and to progress your career.

As the client is hiring with the view in mind of developing the successful candidate into a HR Manager position.

Some of the responsibilities are but not limited to:

Supporting Investigation, Grievance & Disciplinary hearing
Supporting a Performance Management Process
Supporting effective absence management processes and liaising with Occupational Health
Providing professional and confidential HR support to employees and managers
Supporting with full talent cycle including recruitment.This role is offering a salary of up to £40,000pa and offers flexiblility around start/finish times.
