SF is thrilled to be partnering with a fantastic manufacturing business in Coventry, seeking a proactive and outgoing HR Officer to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled HR admin or assistant looking to advance their career.

Role Details:
Provide key support to line managers and staff on general HR issues.
Manage employee relations (ER) cases, including grievances and disciplinarians.
Handle general HR administrative tasks such as on-boarding, audits, and exit interviews.
Candidate Requirements:
Confident communicator, experienced in a blue-collar environment.
Previous experience in a fast-paced HR department.
Qualified or studying for CIPD Level 3.
