Location: Onsite with opportunity to work from home

Salary: £27,129 - £29,457

Our yearly Pension Contribution to you: £5,1914.12 to £6,421.63

The job:

The role is to provide effective administrative support, and a positive experience to all new members of staff, managers, and colleagues across the Group. This will include recruiting, supporting and onboarding talent, following policies and managing processes such as flexible working, family friendly support and absence management whilst ensuring proactive delivery of an effective helpdesk service.

About you:

We are looking for someone who has experience in HR and recruitment processes to support the team to continue to provide a high-quality service. You will also have some knowledge of employment law and experience providing advice and guidance on HR policy. As a highly effective administrator and confident communicator you will deliver HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding and be a point of contact for queries alongside attending low level meetings as the HR representative and conducting all aspects of the life cycle involved.
