JP Recruitment are pleased to be working with a growing organisation based in Peterborough, to recruit a HR Officer on a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. The firm are very reputable within the region and are easily accessed by train or by car. This hybrid working position with 2 days working from home.
Specific responsibilities include:
Managing and maintaining HR files and employee information
Carry out new staff inductions and return to work meetings after a period of absence.
Carry out all compliance checks for new starters including; right to work and DBS checks.
Support on HR projects such as staff surveys, customer surveys, training etc.The successful candidate will:
Have previous experience in a similar HR role.
Be working towards their CIPD qualification.
Be computer literate have strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Have the ability to work independently under pressure and possess good time keeping skills
