About the Role:
Waddington Brown is seeking a dedicated Temporary HR Officer to support our client in Long Stratton. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will manage transactional administrative tasks to assist the HR team’s workload, ensuring the delivery of a comprehensive, effective, and efficient human resources service across the organisation. This temporary position offers the potential for a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain HR systems, including producing reports
* Coordinate meetings and programmes (e.g., inductions, training, disciplinary, and grievance meetings)
* Support recruitment activities
* Perform HR administration and assist the HR Manager as required
Qualifications and Experience:
* CIPD qualified or equivalent
* Experience in an HR department, ideally as an HR Officer/Advisor
* Strong understanding of HR practices, including employment law and employee relations
* Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with staff and managers
