HR & Office Assistant (12-month FTC)

We have recently registered an exciting fixed term opportunity for an exceptional Administrator to work alongside our client’s HR & Project teams.

This rewarding organisation provides HR advice to a range of organisations internationally. They are seeking a proven Administrator to join their close-knit team, supporting with a range of administrative tasks.

This is a diverse role with a busy workload, offering the opportunity to gain valuable insights in the HR sector. If you are an organised team player, eager to learn and able to use your initiative, this could be the perfect role for you.

HR & Office Assistant (12-month FTC) Responsibilities

Assisting with recruitment administration, including posting adverts, scheduling interviews, and issuing contracts.
Providing onboarding and leavers administration
Assisting with key HR processes, including payroll
Providing administration and coordination support for the projects team
Assisting in the organisation of events and company wide learning
Pitching in with administrative duties throughout the business

HR & Office Assistant (12-month FTC) Experience Essentials

To be successful in this role, you will have previously worked as an HR Administrator in a similarly fast-paced office environment, or you will be an Administrator eager to learn more about HR.
You will have excellent IT skills across Microsoft Office and have experience with Zoom, SharePoint, and Teams.
You will be numerate, able to work under your own initiative, and should be eager to learn and chip in where necessary.
You will be extremely organised, proactive, and able to deliver results in line with the company's ethos.
It is key that you are aware of the importance of confidentiality in this role, as you will be dealing with sensitive data.
