Description:
An exciting opportunity has come up for my Highbridge based client. They are looking for an HR Manager to join them on a permanent basis working 30 hours a week.
The 30 hours can be worked flexibly over 4 or 5 days. This is a stand-alone role, based at the Head Office in Highbridge.
You must have:
Minimum CIPD Level 3 (working towards level 5)
3 years minimum in a HR role
Leadership experience
Able to manage conflicting priorities, calmly and pragmatically
Experience of working in a manufacturing environment (desirable)
