A well established, fast-growing company based in North West London are looking for a HR Manager to join the team on a three to four month fixed term contract.
As HR Manager you will proactively advise Directors and lead on HR strategy, policies, employee relations, retention, staff development, change management and organisational structure and you will implement these processes to align with business strategy.
Key responsibilities include advising on policy and proposing changes as required, developing office culture and nurturing a positive work environment, assisting with recruiting and on-boarding alongside the internal talent acquisition partner and external agencies, leading learning and development initiatives and ensuring legal compliance throughout HR.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD Level 7 qualified with 5+ years’ experience in HR within an SME. You will have excellent knowledge of UK employment and contractual law and possess great people skills.
The salary on offer is up to £70,000 per annum pro rata
