Description:

We are looking for an HR Manager to join us at Array | Willson & Brown, a leading global provider of retail merchandising solutions, providing end-to-end services to beauty and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) clients around the globe. Along with a salary of up to £50,000 per annum (depending on experience), you will also receive a bonus up to 10%, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, hybrid working, company sick pay, life insurance 4x salary, pension scheme and the opportunity to participate in social responsibility projects.

You’ll be joining an enthusiastic, energetic team of professionals who are passionate about our collaborative culture, working on projects that serve the largest brands and retailers in the world; from beauty and personal care brands, to major CPG retailers and more.

As HR Manager at Array | Willson & Brown, your responsibilities will include

Working collaboratively with Group HR to provide strategic support and to develop and implement programmes.
Delivering the plan in line with the Group and Company strategy.
Developing and adopting different engagement approaches with our team to support the culture, e.g., engagement surveys and well-being.
Responsible for a diverse range of HR-related activities throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, selection, development, and retention of our talented people.
Undertaking and overseeing employee relations casework, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and redundancy.
Working closely with our people managers to become a trusted coach and advisor, determining their resource requirements, and developing talent and succession plans.
Identifying training needs and creating development programs to support leadership development initiatives and promote continuous learning.
Developing our compensation and benefits offer to attract and retain our talent. Overseeing the salary and benefits review process.
Producing and analysing management information to identify trends and aid strategic and operational decisions.
Preparing payroll to provide to our outsourced payroll provider.
At Array | Willson & Brown, we’re looking for an HR Manager with the following skills and experience:

CIPD Level 5, fully qualified.
Proven experience in the role, or as an HR Generalist in a fast-paced business.
Strong understanding of UK employment law, HR practices and procedures.
Good IT skills in Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel and its use to produce meaningful management data.
Knowledge of HRIS and databases.
Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
Change management experience.
