We are excited to be recruiting for a HR Manager position for a large employer based in Lytham St'Annes. This is a role managing a large manufacturing staff force. This role involves Health and safety responsibilities in addition to the HR management. the HR Manager position is an easy commuted for people travelling from Fleetwood, Cleveleys, Bispham, South Shore, Hambleton, Kirkham and Preston.
HR manager Salary:£45,000-£50,000
HR Manager hours: 8am-4:30pm Monday to Friday

HR Manager roles and responsibilities:
* Provide guidance and mentorship to the local leadership teams to enhance employee retention, employee engagement, and relationships.
* As part of the Senior Leadership team assist the General Manager and SLT in support of achieving the organisation's goals and objectives.
* Manage employee relation day to day issues, diagnose the issues, and manage individual cases, giving guidance and support to all colleague situations, that include absence, disciplinary, performance management and recruitment with various cost effective solutions.
* Develop and maintain good working relationships with external Unions/Agencies/Chamber of Commerce/Local stakeholders.
* General HR duties involving absence/Holiday/sickness management and payroll.
* Ensuring the Health & Safety of all employees working on the site within Statutory and Company H&S requirements
* Chair site H&S meetings
* Carry out internal audits as per the schedule.
HR Manager key Competencies:
* CIPD qualifications or equivalent (desirable)
* Experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Relevant H&S qualification (desirable)
* Effective people manager.
* excellent communication skills
