HR Manager - Stand Alone - On site

The Opportunity:
As an HR Manager, you'll play a key role in:
Leading employee relations, providing expert advice and ensuring HR best practice.
Coaching managers, supporting organisational change and strengthening leadership capability.
Driving recruitment, talent management, succession planning and employee engagement.
Developing learning and development initiatives to support employee growth.
Improving HR policies, processes and people strategies to support business objectives. Your contribution will help shape a positive, high-performing culture and support the organisation's continued success.
About You:
We're looking for someone who can bring:
CIPD Level 5 or an equivalent HR qualification.
Strong generalist HR experience and knowledge of UK employment law.
Confidence managing complex employee relations and organisational change.
Experience partnering with senior leaders and developing people initiatives.
An approachable, commercially aware and proactive working style. Experience with SAP S/4HANA or Workday would be beneficial but isn't essential.
