HR Manager
Salary: £50K - £70K | FULL OR PART TIME | HYBRID

Are you an HR professional who wants to do more than just manage HR processes?

Were growing and were looking for an experienced HR Manager to join Intelligent Workplace Solutions, a Certified B Corporation operating across 300+ sites nationwide.

* Home-based + regular Reading collaboration days

* UK-wide travel as required

* £50,000£70,000 depending on experience

* Full-time and part-time applicants welcome

International collaboration with our Philippines team (twice yearly visits to the team are a key part of this role)

This is a role with real influence.
Youll be a trusted HR partner to our operational and senior leadership teams, helping us build the people practices, leadership capability and culture needed to support our continued growth.

HR Manager - Youll get involved in:

* Complex employee relations & HR business partnering

* Recruitment, talent & workforce planning

* Performance, development & succession

* Employee engagement, reward & retention

* UK employment law & HR governance

* HR analytics, reporting & workforce insights

* HR technology, Power BI & AI-enabled solutions

* Leadership coaching & organisational development

* Leading and developing our HR team in the Philippines

HR Manager - Were looking for someone who:

* Has strong HR Manager / Senior HR Generalist experience

* Has excellent UK employment law & ER knowledge

* Is confident coaching and challenging managers

* Understands the realities of a multi-site, operational workforce

* Uses data to make better people decisions

* Thinks commercially and acts pragmatically

* Is comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving environment

CIPD Level 5 is essential (or equivalent experience).

Experience in Facilities Management, Engineering, Property, Construction, Logistics or another operational environment would be a big plus.
