Description:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR Manager in the Preston area to join a rapidly expanding company, currently at approx 120 employees. This is initially a sole role, developing existing processes and managing all HR funtions. Our client is a forward thinking, supportive, fun and happy organisation who are looking for soneone like minded to join their SMT.

The opportunity-

· Managing the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties

· Providing all aspects of Human Resources support

· Compiling and updating employee records -Managing and updating HRIS – HR/Payroll system

· Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)

· Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc, GDPR, Quality Management processes for policies and documentation)

· Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations

· Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews

· Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees -Inductions

About you-

· Proven experience

· Excellent organizational skills

· Strong communications skills

* CIPD qualified or equivalent
