Our client, an innovative company with a global presence is currently looking for a HR Manager to join their team in Uxbridge.
As the HR Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the human resources operations for the UK business. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives, promoting a positive work culture, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the company's strategic goals
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs to attract and retain top talent
Ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance with local regulations
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
Lead employee engagement and development initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environmentRequirements
Strong background in HR
