Description

Oversee and manage all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and development
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business goals
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to HR
Manage the performance review process and ensure it is carried out effectively
Foster a positive and inclusive company culture
Handle employee grievances and resolve issues promptly
Work closely with management to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensationProfile

Proven experience in a similar HR role ideally within the industrial/manufacturing industry
Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
