HR Generalist | Didcot, Oxfordshire | Full-Time, Permanent
We're looking for a hands-on HR Generalist to join a growing, innovative technology business operating at the forefront of robotics and logistics.
Working closely with the Senior People Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting employees and managers across the business, helping to deliver an efficient, responsive and people-focused HR function.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing day-to-day HR administration and HRIS data (HiBob or similar).
Supporting onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts and reference checks.
Acting as a first point of contact for employee and manager queries.
Maintaining HR policies, employee records and compliance documentation.
Supporting performance reviews, probation processes, employee engagement and training initiatives.
Assisting with right-to-work checks and HR reporting. What we're looking for:
Previous experience in HR administration or a People Coordinator role.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information.
A working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
Experience using an HRIS and Google Workspace.
CIPD qualification or studies would be advantageous but are not essential.
Someone with an aptitude for utilising AI as part of their day to day role or a keen interest in doing so! What's on offer?
