Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator with a strong focus on Employee Relations to join our Glasgow based client. This is a hybrid working role working from home and both the office which has onsite parking.

This role is essential in supporting our employee relations efforts and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. The position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator or HR Assistant looking to progress in their career in their journey to become an HR Adviser.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the HR Business Partners with employee relations activities, including supporting with grievances, disciplinary actions, performance management, and workplace conflicts.

* Support during investigations by acting as witness and recording notes during meetings.

* Produce reports, letters and other paperwork following on from meetings and investigations

* Help ensure all employee relations activities comply with company policies, employment laws, and best practices.

* Provide assistance in advising managers and employees on employee relations issues, helping to resolve conflicts and improve workplace relations.

* Maintain accurate and detailed records of all employee relations cases and ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

* Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining HR systems.

Qualifications:

* Experience in an HR support role, preferably with a focus on employee relations within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

* Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations practices, and conflict resolution techniques.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
