HR Coordinator - Tonbridge
Trigon Recruitment is seeking an HR Coordinator to join our client, a leading training provider, at their office in Tonbridge. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to HR functions while working in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and address HR queries promptly and efficiently.
· Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and drafting contracts.
· Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees.
· Maintain accurate HR records and databases.
· Support HR managers with disciplinary procedures and performance management.
· Stay updated on employment legislation and HR best practices.
· Assist with ad-hoc HR projects as required.
You will need:
· Minimum of Level 3 HR qualification or equivalent.
· Proven HR administration or coordination experience.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
· Proactive and flexible approach to work.
