Role: HR Coordinator
Location: North London
Type: Temporary
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm
We are currently recruiting for a HR Coordinator for our client based in the North London area. Initailly, this is a temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right person. Hours will be Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm.
The HR Coordinator Responsibilities:
* Working with hiring managers regarding recruitment needs
* Ensuring all jobs are advertised
* Arranging all interviews
* Interviewing potential applicants regarding their skills, experience and education
* Ensuring all employment checks have been carried out: including requesting references and DBS checks
* Informing applicants about position details, including working conditions, benefits and duties
* Assist with recording and tracking of job applications
* Conducting or helping with new employee orientation
* Keeping employment records up to date
The ideal HR Coordinator will have:
* Experience within the same or similar role, in an educational setting would be beneficial
* Enhanced DBS, preferebly registered on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
* Excellent communication, writing and editing skills
* Ability to build relationships with others
* Excellent organisation and time-management skills
* Ability to multi-task
* To work with accuracy and a high attention to detail
* High proficiency with Microsoft Office
