Your new role
We are working with a business in Leeds who are looking to appoint an HR Coordinator to support the day-to-day delivery of HR operations across a growing business. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator looking to step into a broader HR role or an established HR Coordinator seeking their next challenge.
Working closely with the HR Manager and wider leadership team, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive employee experience by providing efficient HR support throughout the employee life cycle.What you'll need to succeed
Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new starters.
Prepare contracts, offer letters and employment documentation.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Support recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
Process employee changes, including promotions, salary reviews and contractual amendments.
Monitor probation periods and support performance review processes.
Manage absence records, holiday requests and HR reporting.
Assist with payroll preparation and provide payroll information to external providers.
Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries.
Previous experience in an HR Administrator, HR Assistant or HR Coordinator role.
Strong understanding of HR processes and employment life cycle activities.
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.What you need to do now
