HR Consultant
Woking (Hybrid)
up to £70,000
FTC until 31st March (potential to extend)
Are you a seasoned HR professional with a strong generalist background and a track record of leading complex people projects? We are recruiting for a senior HR professional who can operate strategically whilst remaining hands-on across the full employee lifecycle. This is a high-impact role requiring extensive experience managing complex Employee Relations cases, organisational change programmes, and TUPE transfers, including consultation requirements under TUPE Regulation 13.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic HR support to senior leaders and key stakeholders.
Lead on complex Employee Relations matters including grievances, disciplinaries, performance management, whistleblowing and settlement agreements.
Manage organisational change projects, restructures, redundancies and business transformation initiatives.
Act as the HR lead on complex TUPE transfers, ensuring full compliance with Regulation 13 consultation requirements.
Partner with leadership teams to develop and implement people strategies aligned to business objectives.
Coach and influence managers on employment law, risk management and best practice.
Oversee workforce planning, talent management, succession planning and employee engagement initiatives.
Support policy development and continuous improvement across HR processes.
Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and mitigate people-related risks.About You
Proven experience in a senior HR Business Partner, HR Manager or HR Lead role.
Strong generalist HR background across the full employee lifecycle.
Significant experience managing complex Employee Relations cases.
Demonstrable expertise in TUPE transfers, including Regulation 13 consultation requirements and stakeholder management.
Experience leading organisational change, restructures and redundancy programmes.
Excellent knowledge of UK employment law.
Confident operating at both strategic and operational levels.
CIPD qualified (Level 5 or Level 7 preferred).What's on Offer
