Description:
Our client, one of the fastest growing media networks in the UK is seeking a HR consultant to cover a 12-month maternity leave. This role will be sat within the UK and international HR team and be responsible for several HR projects across the business.
Duties will include:
Assist with different HRIS implementation projects.
Identify training needs across the business.
Create training documentation.
Perform system testing.
Troubleshoot basic system and technical issues.
Prepare monthly reporting.
Generates ad hoc reports: extracts data, create formulas, combine/transform data as needed.
