Description:

An exciting new opportunity has arisen to work for a North-East based NHS organisation who are seeking to appoint a HR Consultant to support a significant change programme, for a 12 month fixed term contract.

Candidates must have experience of extensive HR in an Acute NHS environment, and must have experience leading on MHPS and doctors contracts. The role will be based on site.

The role will focus on the following:

Leading on MHPS and Doctors contracts;

Grievance and Disciplinary;

Bullying and Harassment;

Turnaround and Organisational Change;

Disciplinary;

Escalated Sickness and Hearings;

Freedom to Speak UP;

Preparing cases pre Employment Tribunal;

Undertaking strategic HR management above casework level;

Disaggregation’s;

Liaison with LADO;

Suspensions and exclusions.

The ideal candidate will have:

A CIPD qualification;

Previous experience in an Acute NHS organisation;

Agenda for Change and Doctor’s Contract expert;

Experience of strategic HR management above casework level;

The ability to lead on MHPS
