We are a team responsible for delivering high quality HR services across our company sites.

We offer professional advice, support and coaching on complex HR cases across attendance, discipline, grievance, performance and litigation matters.

Due to the ongoing career success for members of our team, we are running an ongoing recruitment campaign for HR Case Managers to join our team.

In this role, you will be part of a team based either at one of our Manufacturing sites or supporting our corporate functions and will provide HR casework support to our managers to assist them with employee relations issues.

You will guide and support managers and employees through a number of our processes including attendance management, grievances, disciplinaries, performance management, restricted workers and employment law.

You will manage your own casework, support with ACAS matters and also attend tribunals where required.

Skills Required:

· Experience of working in an HR Advisory or employment law advisor role

· Able to work accurately and with close attention to detail

· Effective organisation and coaching skills, with the ability to engage and support managers

· Capable of working to process deadlines and able to prioritise workload

· Good team player but also able to work using own initiative

· Good communication skills, both within immediate team and with other department

Experience Required:

· Degree educated or CIPD Level 5 qualification

Additional information

Hybrid -Minimum of 3 days in the office - 2 working from home where necessary
