Description:
Due to succession planning, our client, a global Manufacturer is looking to recruit an HR Business Partner to work from their site in Hull. Reporting to the remote senior HR management team, you will therefore have responsibility for all HR matters of the manufacturing facility. Working closely with the Plant Manager and senior managers, you will develop existing HR processes and procedures and join the company as they enter an exciting period of growth.
Key responsibilities:
* Managing two members of staff in the HR team
* Oversee the delivery of all HR operations including recruitment and selection, L&D, employee engagement and performance management
* Develop and enhance an effective HR strategy
* Chair Employee Forum meetings
* Identify training and development requirements across the site
The candidate
HR related degree or CIPD Level 7 an ideal requirement
Knowledge and experience of working within a manufacturing setting
Management experience
Strong interpersonal skils and experience of working alongside senior management to deliver effective HR solutions.
