Description:
We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to collaborate with regional and support office managers and teams to drive and support our people plan. This role is integral in fostering a positive and productive work environment and ensuring our HR strategies align with business goals. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a vibrant and fast-paced working environment.
As an HR Business Partner, your key responsibilities will include:
Partnering with managers to handle employee relations, manage performance, and address disciplinary and grievance issues effectively.
Collaborating on workforce forecasting, assessing skill gaps, and developing strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Supporting and driving action plans and activities to enhance employee engagement and promote a positive organisational culture.
Actively supporting the Mental Health at Work Commitment and implementing health and wellbeing initiatives.
Lead national and local HR projects, including developing innovative HR practices and implementing new technologies.
Support internal and external reporting to foster a culture of inclusion for our patients, carers, and colleagues.
Providing advice to line managers and colleagues on HR policies and procedures. As well as guiding and coaching managers on best practices in handling formal cases to maintain consistent standards of conduct.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Full CIPD qualification or equivalent HR degree
- Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment
- Experience working within a matrix structure
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with HR operational expertise
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
