HR Business Partner

Description:

Talentmark are recruiting for an HR Business Partner to join a leading provider of advanced analytics, research and technology solutions to the life sciences industry on a contract basis until the end of 2026. This role is hybrid with 1 day per week on site in Motherwell. 
 
Salary:
£210.77 per day PAYE
 
HR Business Partner Role:

Deliver people strategies that directly enable business performance.
Provide support and guidance to less experienced members of an HR team in their day-to-day operational roles.
Support the continuous improvement of the HR function.
With limited guidance, provide HR support to employees and management across assigned service areas, business units, or departments.
Provide expertise, support and advice to assigned management teams.Your Background:

Hold a relevant degree or HR qualification.
Working experience in an HR generalist position.
Extensive knowledge of local and relevant employment legislation.
Very high degree of discretion and confidentiality
Good coaching and counseling skills
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and HRIS applications
Excellent problem-solving, judgment and decision-making skillsCompany:
