Description:
Our client, a leading organisation in the HR sector, is seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and people leaders to support the proactive delivery of business and people strategies.
The HR Business Partner will provide commercially focused advice across the employee life cycle, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, talent management, engagement, and well-being. Additionally, you'll plan and deliver people-related projects aligned with business needs and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain partnering relationships with key stakeholders and people leaders to positively influence decisions and initiatives
Offer a wide-ranging and commercially focused HR service to people leaders, ensuring they have the capability to manage themselves and their employees
Build management capability through coaching and challenging people management decisions
Create solutions to people issues that enable stakeholders to better meet their commercial objectives
Implement and advocate for HR policies to deliver business goals, ensuring compliance with legislation
Advise on HR legal and employee relations matters to ensure consistency, legal compliance, and risk mitigation
Plan and implement HR initiatives and projects aligned with HR and Business strategies
Utilise key people analytics to identify trends, inform decisions, and make recommendations
Partner with Talent Acquisition to drive recruitment, develop and retain talent, and build a pipeline for key positions
Manage the full employee lifecycle through the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy
Assist in delivering meaningful onboarding experiences to new employees
Develop succession strategies for critical roles and nurture high-potential employees
Ensure employee information is managed in line with GDPR
Liaise with the Employee Council as required
Required Skills and Experience:
Experienced HR Business Partner, ideally supported by CIPD level 7
Generalist HR background with a business partner approach
Proven track record of adding value and improving efficiencies
Excellent knowledge of UK employment law
Experience using Workday is advantageous
Experience working in an Engineering/Manufacturing environment
Specific experience in the Learning and Development discipline is desirable
Confident influencer and communicator

Security Clearance:
