We are delighted to be partnering with a global manufacturing organisation who are looking for a HR Business Partner to join their People Team on a full-time permanent basis. 

The salary for this role is between £55,000 - £70,000 DOE + added benefits. You will work from the Northwich HQ 3 days per week. The HR Business Partner must be flexible to travel to other UK based sites when required. 

This is a true generalist HR Business Partner role where you will be responsible for a key business area within the organisation (circa 500 headcount) and partner with senior stakeholders to bring the people agenda to life and support in the delivery of the overall business strategy.

The Role:

Manage a key business area with circa 500 employees and take full responsibility for the strategic people plan 
Be a true Business Partner to the business area, building exceptional relationships with the senior stakeholders and acting as a trusted partner, coach and mentor
Bring insight to support the business agenda and strategy 
Collaborate with the CoE to ensure delivery of the function putting people at the heart of what you do
Support the business in delivering their profit margin and growth targets
Analysis and interpretation of monthly HR MI - identifying risks and implementing solutions 
Accountability for the delivery of positive momentum in key people metrics 
Advise managers on complex ER cases and mitigate risk 
Take the lead on any HR projects and incentives including any change and transformation activity 
Deliver effective workforce planning activity 
Ensure you are up to date on market trends and best practice 
Requirements: 

Experience of operating at HR Business Partner level within a fast-paced matrix organisation
Has worked within the manufacturing industry 
A true HR generalist 
CIPD qualified - ideally Level 7
Flexibility to travel to other UK sites when required
