As the HR Business Partner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of the full end-to-end employee lifecycle, consistently and efficiently. Working closely with the UK Country Manager and leadership team, you will develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, fostering employee engagement and upholding company values.

Relevant HR qualification or proven experience in a generalist HR role.
Minimum Level 7 CIPD Accreditation.
Up-to-date knowledge of HR legal requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel.
Ability to work autonomously and motivate teams.
Initiative and accountability in decision-making.
Strong communication and influencing skills.

Delivering HR services aligned with business needs and requirements.

Providing guidance and support to managers on people management, performance, and talent development.
Managing payroll, employee records, and HR systems.
Leading employee engagement initiatives and driving a positive company culture.
Handling employee relations matters and change management programs.
