Up to £42,000 plus benefits

Nottingham City Centre/Newark – travel included
My client in the public sector is looking for an experienced Business Partner to join their amazing HR team, this role will focus on partnering a special services area of the business with a headcount of under 80 employees. They are looking for someone to embed themselves and really get hold of the service area. The focus on having strong ER experience is key, they are looking for someone who is passionate about making change and adding value whilst being positive and bubbly and idea driven.

Duties within the role:
Support managers to understand the needs that you can support and work collaboratively to solve
Work with the HR Team on process improvements to ensure a consistent and outstanding service
Support employee journey – recruitment to exit
ER – support and advise managers on complex cases
Build strong stake holder relationships – being visible is key
Support training and employee engagement
Attend management meetings & reviews within your area
Ad-hoc project work
