Are you passionate about supporting people and regenerating communities improving the lives of those living in the community? Are you an experienced HR Business Partner with strong change management experience?

If so, Moxie People is proud to be supporting a leading organisation, as they look to hire an HR Business Partner. This is a great opportunity to join the People function, on a 12 month FTC (initially).

Role: HR Business Partner (change projects)

Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 per annum

Location: Hybrid / RCT

Duration: Fixed term for 12 months (initially)

Start date: ASAP

Working within the People function, you will work closely with certain business units within the organisation, providing comprehensive HR advice and support to ensure best practice people management, with a specific focus on change management projects (restructure and job evaluation).

Key Responsibilities include:

Provide expert advice on the whole employee lifecycle including change management, recruitment, and absence management
Collaborate with managers to identify and address workforce implications of business initiatives
Deliver effective recruitment support, encouraging innovation in talent attraction
Support managers in developing people management capabilities and handling staff management responsibilities
Assist line managers in managing sickness absence and facilitating return-to-work processes
Drive culture change through effective staff involvement and well-being initiatives
Provide coaching to ensure effective performance management of staff
Support managers in dealing with employee relations cases with clear and timely advice
Assist in designing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

What you'll need:

CIPD Level 5 or equivalent related qualification
Extensive experience of supporting change management across organisations
Proven track record of implementing solutions to enhance people processes
Demonstrated experience in utilising OD tools and techniques to facilitate cultural and organisational change within the workplace.
The ability to effectively and competently manage ER caseloads
Ability to work autonomously with responsibility for your own workload
