Description:
Portfolio HR & Reward are supporting a leading manufacturing business that are currently seeking a HR Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis.
This role will be based in Burnley full time, but you will have access to free parking.
The current salary is between £42,000 to £48,000, with a quick start date being preferred.
As a successful HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for;
Work as the strategic partner to leaders in all aspects of the business, providing guidance and recommendations
Work on developing HR strategies aligned with business goals and motivations
Take ownership of employee relations activities, right through to investigation
Take the lead on working with the outsourced payroll provider, collating payroll data and managing this relationship
The ideal HR Business Partner will have experience in the following;
Proven experience operating a senior HR role, i.e. HR Manager / HRBP
Payroll experience, ideally with an outsourced provider
Manufacturing/Engineering background
