Description:

Our client is looking for an HR Business Partner for a permanent position, located in Aberdeen.

ROLE

The HR Business Partner is the “go-to” HR professional for our global Operations function, providing expertise, guidance and coaching as a member of the respective management teams across UK, EMEA and US. Acting as a role model for leadership, values and high performance, there is also a broader responsibility to contribute ideas, expertise and experience that support the delivery of the overall People agenda, and to help drive engagement, performance and productivity across the organisation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Providing advice and guidance for every aspect of people and performance across the global operations functions.
Influential within each management team, supporting on strategic thinking, organisation design, succession planning and organisational performance.
Guiding on promotions, out of cycle increases, and all career and talent management activities.
Focusing on maintaining and improving eNPS, retention and the employee experience, working with managers and leaders to embed a high performance, high engagement culture.
A positive agent for change, a voice of reason and a driver of progress. 
Building coaching relationships with managers and leaders across the teams. 
Contributing to the overall success and impact of the People function, being a positive and collaborative team member and bringing ideas, expertise and commitment to the success of the team
Taking responsibility for executing and supporting HR activities across the teams, including hiring and talent reviews, always partnering with HR colleagues to ensure consistent and successful outcomes.
Supporting managers on all aspects of managing well; leading on employee relations, performance management, absence and retention.
A visible and accessible source of advice and guidance for employees across the teams. 
Using key people analytics and data to inform and shape decisions and make recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Providing HR administrative support and practical assistance when needed. 
REQUIREMENTS

Strong HR advisory and business partnering experience, ideally gained in a growth oriented, fast paced environment.
Great generalist experience, able to support across a range of areas in parallel and willing to be in the midst of the work as well as providing strategic direction.
International HR experience would be an advantage, particularly France, Germany, USA or UAE.
An ability to project leadership presence and professional authority but with humility and humour.
A compelling interpersonal style; positive, authentic and likeable with great relationship building skills.
An obvious passion for the value that HR can add to the business, and a drive to be part of the success of the operation.
Strong commercial drive and judgement. 
An understanding of how to use people data and analytics to support great decision making.
Ambitions for the success and growth of the business as well as professional success. 
Great skills as a coach and advisor
