Position: HR Business Partner

Salary: £30-32,000

Hybrid set up: x 4/5 days in the office (some flexibility)

Key responsibilities:

Provide advice on all HR and employee relations matters ensuring best practice processes are in alignment with NI employment legislation.
Provide performance management guidance to line management (coaching, career development, disciplinary actions).
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
Advise on all HR policies and procedures.
Review payroll.
Provide support and guidance on structure changes, role changes, job details and salary grading & benchmarking.
Provide administrative support across HR operations.What background and experience are the company looking for?

You will need a minimum of 3 years as an HR BP or HR Generalist preferably within a professional services, legal or global financial services organisation.

Ideally CIPD qualified and a relevant undergraduate degree with a 2.1 classification
In-depth working knowledge and understanding of NI HR legislation, policies and procedures
Confident user of the Microsoft Office suite.
