£36,000 - £42,000 + Mon - Fri + Extra Holiday + Hybrid + Company Benefits

Do you have a background in Human Resources? Are you looking for a role with a company who make a difference in a niche industry, where you will be given greater responsibility, excellent company culture, the opportunity to buy more holiday and work on a hybrid basis after probation?
In this varied role, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple departments within the business, you will work with management at various levels, organising recruitment, TUPE processes, disciplinary / grievance procedures, appraisals, training and undertaking various HR projects in accordance with company strategies.
This role would suit someone with a background in HR, looking to work for a company who make a difference in the healthcare sector, where you will have wide ranging responsibilities and the opportunity to buy extra time off and work from home 1 or 2 days per week.
The Role:
Overall HR responsibility for 3 areas of the business
Managing recruitment and headcount
Reviewing absence and turnover
Holding disciplinary and grievance meetings
Appraisal, training, 121's and development
Monday to Friday (37.5 hour week)The Person:
Background in HR position
CIPD Level 5 preferred
