Are you an experienced HR professional with excellent systems and data manipulation experience?
Do you possess advanced Excel skills and perhaps knowledge of analytical tools such as Power BI?
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a friendly HR team within a dynamic business. The role is multi-functional and will support the team with the development of their data analytics and systems which will promote efficiency and give valuable insight in supporting the organisation to improve performance and employee engagement.
Additional projects will include the roll out of new systems including the training of users and recommending and acting on improvements to existing systems.
There is an expectation that there will be involvement in additional adhoc HR projects and generalist HR when needed.
Duties will include;-
* Ensure data validation processes, carrying out testing and providing training to the HR team and management.
* Work with the relevant departments to ensure their data quality is exceptional.
* Producing and developing compelling reports / KPI data.
* Support employee life cycle initiatives including the salary review and bonus.
* Make recommendations from external data to ensure they continue to strive to be the best in class.
* Analysing data and making recommendations on improvements.
Candidate Specification;-
* Excellent experience using HR software and systems administration.
* Experience of system implementation and integration of new systems.
* Advanced MS Excel skills to include lookups and pivot tables.
* Strong analytical and numerical skills.
* Knowledge of Analytical tools such as Power BI a great advantage but not essential
