Human Resources Assistant (Learning & Development) (£27,228 per annum, full-time, fixed term - 6 months)
Job Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Human Resources team as an Learning and Development (L&D) Assistant. We are looking for someone to provide effective all-round support to the L&D function. This is a varied role, working for a friendly team and a great opportunity to gain insight into the L&D field. You should be someone who is highly organised, enjoys problem solving with strong data and admin skills; in addition, flexible, positive, and keen to learn.
We are looking for someone who is calm and able to juggle a busy workload with changing priorities. You must be confident and proficient with technology.
You’ll need some previous experience working as an administrator. You will need to be methodical, have a keen eye for detail and a good working knowledge of Microsoft office packages particularly Word and Excel.

Location Details
This role will be based in our Sevenoaks office. We offer a flexible approach to hybrid working with most full-time employees working in the office two days a week.
