They are on the lookout for a Human Resources Assistant to join the HR Team at Snows Head Office, Southampton.

Description

As a vital member of our HR team, The HR Assistant responsibilities will include:

Cultivating positive relationships with employees at all levels.
Managing the HR Help desk efficiently, ensuring timely resolution of queries.
Maintaining accuracy and consistency in HR documentation.
Contributing to the compilation of comprehensive people metrics reports.
Assisting with annual audits such as driving licenses and regulated person declarations.
Upholding strict compliance with departmental and Group policies.
Staying updated on employment legislation and HMRC requirements.
Conducting quarterly data cleansing audits for optimal data accuracy.
Leveraging CIPHR Payroll for streamlined processes.
Providing valuable support and advice on pay and employee benefits.
Serving as a diligent ambassador for GDPR protocols.Your Day: Each day as a HR Assistant will involve:

Collaborating with team members to uphold positive relations.
Utilising Excel proficiency to create and format essential spreadsheets.
Sharing knowledge and insights to contribute to team success.

The successful candidate for the HR Assistant role is someone who possesses:

Level 3 CIPD qualification or equivalent.
