Description:

Remedicare are currently recruiting for a HR Assistant for our clients prestige supported living service on a temporary contract with the opportunity to become permanent.

This Client are a small Supported Living Service that specialise in Learning Disability Care.

They are looking for a enthusiastic, passionate and reliable HR Assistant to be part of the team

The main purpose of the job is to support the HR department in various administrative and operational tasks. This position is crucial in ensuring that HR functions run smoothly and efficiently.

Hourly rate: £15.29ph
9am - 4:30pm
Monday to Friday
Temp position to cover maternity (July 2024 - Jan 2025)

Requirements for HR Assistant:

* Use the Rota template to produce upcoming Rota. Update the Rota, including annual leave, training, and resident contact information and check daily and communicate updates to staff.

* Assist in approving or declining annual leave requests

* Assist in monitoring staff attendance and updating manager reports

* Assist the HR Manager with payroll and wages

* Liaise with accounts by sending copies of invoices and keeping track of all invoices received

* Help with recruiting new staff members by liaising with recruitment agenices on any new vacancies and updating the company website, reviewing applications and organising interiews

* Assist in onboarding new staff members and ensuring compliance with government guidlines including right ot work and visa

* Minute taking during meetings

* Respond to staff queries, phone calls and emails

* Ensure staff complete training, schedule face-to-face training and send training feeback
