An exciting opportunity for an experienced CIPD level 3 HR Recruitment Administrator to join a busy fast paced School HR team in Ascot, Berkshire. The HR Administrator is a key member of the Human Resources team, providing efficient administrative support in a busy, fast-paced environment. As an adaptable and resilient individual with excellent interpersonal skills, you will handle changing priorities calmly while maintaining total accuracy, discretion, and a warm, professional approach.
The successful candidate will:
* CIPD level 3
* Full cycle Recruitment and Candidate Experience
* Up to date with Compliance and Safeguarding
* working knowledge of HR Systems Management and Data
* Experienced in HR Administration and Lifecycle
* Payroll and Remuneration
* Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
* Year round working - This is a full-time, 52-week-per-year position. The postholder will be expected to work across the full calendar year rather than solely during the School's academic terms.
Working closely with the Head of HR and line managers, you will deliver a welcoming experience for candidates and staff. Primary responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, Safer Recruitment compliance, payroll processing, and managing HR systems.
