We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor/Recruitment Admin based in Bedford for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis.
Summary of the HR Advisor/Recruitment Admin role
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000
Location: Bedford
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday 37 hour working week
Responsibilities of the HR Advisor/Recruitment Admin
Provide timely and accurate advice on a wide range of people matters
Maintaining/updating systems
Payroll preparation
Supporting the wider HR team
Prepare clear and professional documentation
Maintain personnel records
Recruitment administration
Requirements for a successful HR Advisor/Recruitment Admin
CIPD Level 3
Previous experience in a HR or recruitment administration role
Strong knowledge of HR compliance
Excellent organisational sills and administrative skills with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Excellent time management skills ensuring deadlines are met
