A great opportunity as a generalist HR Advisor for a Global Manufacturing business with sites across the UK and World. This role is based on the Skipton manufacturing site partnering the stakeholders for all aspects of HR.

A Global Manufacturing business with sites across the UK and World. Skipton is a manufacturing site with approx 250 employees.
Description
Advising management and staff on HR policies and procedures
Handling employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance procedures
Supporting the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new starters
Developing and implementing HR strategies in line with company objectives
Assisting with performance management processes
Ensuring compliance with current HR legislation
Managing staff wellness and engagement programmes
Conducting training needs analysis and organising training initiativesProfile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Proven experience in handling HR responsibilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work well in a team and to build strong relationships at all levels

An estimated yearly salary of £32,000 - £38,500 GBP
Site based with a 9 day working week (25 Fridays off per year)
