Summary
Paul Mitchell Associates are working in partnership with a superb long-term client of ours to assist them recruit a HR Advisor or HR Assistant.
Working with the HR Manager we're looking for a candidate with 2+ years' experience at this level to drop in and become the firms new HR recruit. The role is ongoing and a great opportunity for someone to get stuck into a new assignment.
We're either looking to hire an experienced HR Administrator / HR Assistant who in time is looking for progression
OR an experienced HR Advisor for this generalist HR role
Updating internal databases
Managing HR documents
Maintaining personnel records
Dealing with Employee Sickness and Holiday records
Answering queries via telephone/email
Advising staff in relation to HR matters
Hands on support to the HR Manager
Other HR related administrative tasks
