Are you an HR Advisor with experience in employee relations management looking to work for one the UK's leading manufacturers and suppliers of specialist fire and acoustic glass?

You will play an integral role in the HR team with particular attention to employee relations advice as well as recruitment and payroll issues.

We're seeking a dynamic HR Assistant who possesses at least 18 months of recently gained exposure within the people management function. The successful candidate will likely be qualified to CIPD level 3 as a minimum and have great IT skills, particularly in the use of MS Office products and bespoke HR software. It would be desirable, but not essential, that the successful candidate is fluent in French, to enable communication with the client's French site.

The Role:

HR administration to include contract, handbook, and general policy maintenance using company HR systems
Assist the HR Manager with the development and administration of HR systems and procedures
Assist in all aspects of staff recruitment and training
Assist in new starter onboarding and inductions
Administration of timesheets, leave and absence data
Act as the first line of contact for employee queries
Produce and update employee documentation
Assist HR team colleagues with the implementation of new employee benefit plans and initiativesThe Person:
